Product description

Healthy feet affect the position of the whole body, so let's not forget to take good care of them and give them the best. Alignment socks help to shape the toes properly, relieve foot pain, improve circulation and give the feet overall relief and release.

These socks serve as an aid for a variety of foot problems: bunions, hammer toes, crooked and crowded toes, frequent toe cramps, tired and sore feet, swollen feet, heel spurs, corns and more. Thanks to the interdigital separators, the blood circulation is accelerated and thus the regeneration of the feet is accelerated. Alignment socks help by keeping the feet and toes mobile, flexible, and thus less painful.

Our alignment socks are made of soft cotton with a blend of man-made fibers to improve the flexibility and strength of the material. They have a looser hem to make even long wear comfortable. Separators in the toes put gentle pressure to align the toes with the foot.
Alignment socks are not designed for shoes or normal walking, they are fully effective in a relaxed position where the feet are not under pressure - when sitting, lying down or sleeping.

Instructions for use:
1) The embroidered toe caps must always point towards each other.
2) Start with interdigital separators at the ends of your toes (wear for approximately 15-20 minutes per day)
3) After a few days of wearing socks, move the separators down to mid-toe (wear approximately 1-2 hours per day)
4) After a few weeks, you will be able to slide the separators completely between your toes for maximum effect and comfort for your feet (you can now sleep all night in your socks)

Materials: 90% cotton, 7% polyester, 3% elastane

How to care for the product

Cotton fabric is easy to maintain, you can put it in an automatic washing machine or hand wash it without any worries. Always follow the washing symbols on the product or its packaging. If you are unsure of the washing temperature, you will also find this information in the product description on our e-shop.

For longer life of cotton products, we recommend reducing the speed of the automatic program when washing and drying the clothes on a low temperature to prevent the fibers from shrinking.

Doufám, že již brzy budu mít ponožky celou noc s ještě lepším účinkem.
