How to return goods

Returning goods

  • Did you order the goods from our e-shop and it does not fit you? It doesn’t matter at all, within 14 days we will gladly exchange it or refund it. Just contact us, we will send courier to you for free.

 

Reasons for returning of goods

  1. Exchange of unused goods. (In the case of bad size, color, dimensions and the like)

  2. Return of goods within 14 days of collecting order without giving any reason.

  3. Reclamation within 2 years from purchase of goods. (Complaints refer to product defects that are not caused by normal use)

 

Procedure

  2. Fill out the form you find HERE

  3. Pack the goods and attach a completed form to it, a letter with the invoice number and the order number. In the case of a complaint, it is important to describe the problem very thoroughly. In the case of a replacement, it is necessary to write what product to send to you as a replacement (color, size)

  4. You do not need to type an address or stick any label on the package, the transport service driver attaches it to the package.

  5. Wait for the courier's arrival
