as the situation with Covid-19 infection develops, we have prepared for you a summary of the most important information concerning the purchase in our e-shop.

We would like to assure you that we operate as an e-shop just as before the state of emergency, with only a few changes, which are not so important for you as our customers.

Another important point we would like to tell you is that you do not have to worry about the virus spreading through packages sent by us, all the goods you order are carefully prepared and packed by our staff in protective equipment and space for packaging is regularly disinfected. The actual transmission is possible only from person to person. Of course in our company is strict hygiene.

The situation is not easy for any of us, and we in Woolville believe that if we behave responsibly and abide by the government's orders, we will together survive these difficult times!

WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED IN THE MENTIONED TERM?


We can assure you that we will ship the orders we receive until 13:00 the same day. Unfortunately, couriers may be expected to delay delivery of the shipment due to the situation. At the moment, all couriers operate as usual, but we will monitor the situation and in case of extraordinary changes we will contact you.

WHAT TO DO WHEN I AM IN QUARANTINE OR OUR MUNICIPALITY IS CLOSED?

For these cases we offer to hold your order with us until it can be shipped to you. Your paid order is safe with us and will be shipped as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

For the shortest possible contact time when handing the package to the courier, we recommend using payment by bank transfer or through the payment gateway Gopay. If it is not possible to dispatch orders, your paid order will be safe with us and sent to you as soon as possible.

WHAT TO DO WHEN I WANT TO RETURN OR REPLACE GOODS BUT I DO NOT HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO SHIP THE PACKAGE?

As a standard, we offer a 30-day return and replacement period. However, we want to accommodate our customers as much as possible, so if you do not have the option to send the package back to us, please include this in your return note. As soon as the situation allows it, then send us the package and we will proceed as usual - we will replace the goods, or we will return the money to the mentioned account within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

CAN I STILL CHOOSE A TRANSPORT METHOD AS PERSONAL PICK UP?

The current situation told us that our store must be closed. However, the personal pick up of the package is not prohibited, so we will issue the package to you at our store. However, please be considerate of our customers and preferably choose to transport by courier. If you still want to pick up your shipment from our store, we ask customers to use face protection in the form of a mask, scarf or other suitable alternative.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE GOODS IS SOLD OUT AND WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE IN STOCK AGAIN?

Now we are well stocked to meet our customers' needs in all your requirements. However, the situation is developing unpredictably and therefore some of our products may be sold out. We will do our best to re-stock the missing pieces so you can order what you want. However, there may be times when we will not be able to produce the required number of pieces and the goods will be unavailable for a longer time.

Therefore, we ask you for indulgence and offer you the possibility to activate the watchdog for a sold out product, which will immediately send you a message that the goods are available again.

IF SITUATION OCCURS THAT ALL COURIERS CANCEL THE DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS, YOUR SHIPMENTS WILL BE SAFE IN OUR WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPED AS A BETTER SITUATION DEVELOPS.
