This makes the insoles very comfortable to wear all year round, wick sweat away from the skin well and absorb foot impacts when walking on hard surfaces. You can trim the insoles to just the size and shape you need.

New insoles can revive an old pair of your favorite sneakers, trekking shoes or even low shoes. In the case of shoes that you wear daily, it is also advisable to have spare insoles for replacement. Both cork and cotton are natural, renewable materials.

How to care for the product

Maintenance

When maintaining your shoes, you also need to think about the insole. It absorbs sweat from the feet, as well as external moisture, so whenever we sweat or get wet in our shoes, we must remove the insoles and let them dry well. This prevents odour and, especially with insoles that are glued together from multiple layers, also extends the life of the insole.
