Breathable insoles have several positive effects. The addition of activated carbon ensures prevention of mold forming and eliminates odors well. This is especially useful if you spend a lot of time in closed shoes – both at work and in your free time, such as when hiking. In addition, the soft material cushions your step, and the cotton surface of the insoles wicks sweat away from the feet.

The insoles are perforated to increase breathability. We recommend removing the insoles from the shoes after each wear and letting them dry and ventilate well. This will increase their lifespan. You can trim the insoles to just the size and shape you need.

How to care for the product

Maintenance

When maintaining your shoes, you also need to think about the insole. It absorbs sweat from the feet, as well as external moisture, so whenever we sweat or get wet in our shoes, we must remove the insoles and let them dry well. This prevents odour and, especially with insoles that are glued together from multiple layers, also extends the life of the insole.
