How to return goods

You don't have to worry about ordering goods from us at Woolville, as any exchanges or returns are very easy. You can try on the goods in the comfort of your own home and have up to 30 days to change your mind, during which you can send back the unused goods.

If you're registered with us, you'll find a returns form in your account. Just fill in a few details and submit the form.

I want to make a claim

Complaints go smoothly with us. Just take a picture of the fault of the product and email it to us at info@woolville.com. Include the order number the item came from and a brief description of the defect in the email. We will use this information to evaluate how to resolve the complaint and let you know how to proceed.

If you prefer to send us the goods straight away, just fill in the online form at the link below. Once you submit the form, you will see instructions on how to send the goods and we will also email you the same information.

Did you order an item from us and the size doesn't fit, wasn't to your liking, or is there something wrong with it? Don't worry, we'll be happy to help you.

1. You can return or exchange the goods within 30 days.

2. In case you have discovered a defect in the goods, just inform us about the claim via email info@woolville.com, send us a picture and a description of the defect in the product.

3. For a quick replacement, we recommend logging into your account at Woolville and using the automated system for easier processing.
