Returning the goods
Please fill out the form at the link below, at the end of the form you will see all the information you need to send the package back to us.
We deal with all complaints efficiently. Just take a picture of the defect on your product and email it to us at info@woolville.com. Include the order number the item comes from and a brief description of the defect. We will then evaluate the information, decide how to resolve the complaint and let you know how to proceed.
If you prefer to send us the damaged goods straight away, just fill in the online form at the link below. Once you submit the form, you will see instructions on how to send the goods and we will also send the information by email.
Did you order an item from us and the size is wrong, it wasn't to your liking or there is something wrong with it? Don't worry, we'll be happy to help you.
1. You can return or exchange your items within 30 days.
2. If you have received a defective item, write an email to info@woolville.com, send us a picture of the item and describe the defect.
3. For a quick return, we recommend you log into your account at Woolville and use the automated system for easier processing.
4. Select above whther you want to return the item or make a complaint about it. By clicking on each option, you will be presented with information on how to proceed.
