Here at Woolville we have a simple system for returning goods. If you are a registered member of the sheep family, after logging in you will find in the menu under My Account Return, where you select a product from the order history that you want to return. If you are not signed in, simply fill out the order number and your email in the refund system. In the next step, you just select the product from the order you want to return and get the code that you visibly write on the package. Carefully packed goods in the labeled package with the address and code will be taken to the nearest depot, where they will collect the package from you and send it to us at our expense. After receiving the goods, we will refund the money to your account within 14 days.
Return via courier At your expense, you can send the goods through DHL. Follow the same procedure as for return via Mail Order, except that you send the goods to us at your own expense and choose a courrier.

Have you bought the wrong size and would like to replace the goods? Return unsatisfactory goods according to the procedure above and in the note in the return system write the product code (you can always find the product detail under the name) and the size you want to send. After receiving the package, we will send you a new product as soon as possible.
Does the goods disappoint you? We are sorry, but we will surely find a solution. With our complaint system you can simply tell us what happened. If you are a registered member of the sheep family, after logging in you will find in the menu under My Account Complaints, where you select a product from the order history that you want to claim. In the next step, you just select the product from the order you want to claim. Fill in a few lines and tell us what the problem is.
Carefully packed goods packed with the address and code will be taken to the nearest Mail Order, where they will take it from you and send it to us at our expense. You can ship the package at your own expense via another carrier (just like returning goods) to:
