How to return goods

We want to make your purchase in Woolville as easy as possible, because of that we have extended the legal return period from 14 days to 30 days. You can return unused items in their original condition within a month.

Here at Woolville we have a simple system for returning goods. If you are a registered member of the sheep family, after logging in you will find in the menu My Account Return, where you select a product from the order history that you want to return. If you are not signed in, simply fill out the order number and your email in the refund system. In the next step, you just select the product from the order you want to return and get the code that you visibly write on the package. Carefully pack the goods in the labelled package with the address and code and send by the shipping company of your choice. After receiving the goods, we will refund the money to your bank account within 14 days.

Return goods

I want to change an item

Have you bought the wrong size and would like to change the item? Return the item according to instructions above and in the note of return system, write the product code (you can find this on the page of the product under the name) and the size you want us to send. After receiving the package, we will send you a new product as soon as possible.

Goods replacement

I want to complain about an item

Do the goods disappoint you? Was the item faulty? We are sorry, but we will find a solution. With our complaint system you can simply tell us what is wrong. If you are a registered member of the sheep family, after logging in you will find in the menu My Account Complaints, where you select a product (from the order history) that you want to complain about.

If you are not logged in, you can fill the number of your order on your e-mail

In the next step, you select the product from your order. Fill in a few lines and tell us what the problem is. Then you will get a code for the product reclamation
Carefully packed goods must contain the address and code. Choose your shipping company and send the goods at your expense to our address in Czech Republic:

Claim item

Reasons for return and claim of the item

  • Replacement of unused goods. (In case of wrong size, color or dimensions.)
  • We have extended the return of goods within 14 days from receipt without giving any reason to 30 days. (The reason for returning the goods need not be stated.)
  • Claims of goods within 2 years from the purchase of goods. (The claim relates to product defects not caused by normal use.)
  • If you find a defect in the goods after receipt, inform us by e-mail or through the complaint system within 5 days. As a seller, we are not responsible for any defects that may arise during transportation, so we recommend that you do not accept a visibly damaged package.
