Returns and warranty claims

You don't have to worry about ordering goods from us at Woolville, as returns are very easy. You can try on the goods in the comfort of your own home and have up to 30 days to change your mind, during which you can send back the unused goods.

If you're registered with us, you'll find a returns form in your account. Just fill in a few details and submit the form.

I want to make a complaint about the goods

We deal with all complaints efficiently. Just take a picture of the defect on your product and email it to us at info@woolville.com. Include the order number the item comes from and a brief description of the defect. We will then evaluate the information, decide how to resolve the complaint and let you know how to proceed.

If you prefer to send us the damaged goods straight away, just fill in the online form at the link below. Once you submit the form, you will see instructions on how to send the goods and we will also send the information by email.

Did you order an item from us and the size is wrong, it wasn't to your liking or there is something wrong with it? Don't worry, we'll be happy to help you.

1. You can return or exchange your items within 30 days.

2. If you have received a defective item, write an email to info@woolville.com, send us a picture of the item and describe the defect.
