Chamomile blossom, one of the ingredients of Evening Tea, is great art fighting insomnia and relaxes the airways. Lemon balm is soothing and promotes circulation.
Evening tea is very easy to prepare: Pour boiling water over tea in a cup, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 100 ml of water. If you are preparing a whole pot of tea, add 1 extra spoonful. Leave to infuse for 8–10 minutes. Strain and serve.
