They are made of purely natural materials, sheep leather and wool. At the bottom, there is a double layer of leather to make them more durable, while on the top, there is velvety soft wool, which has amazing properties. It is great at temperature control, keeping your feet warm but not too hot. And when you choose the right socks, sweating will be reduced, keeping unpleasant odour at bay. A great feature where insoles are concerned.

When maintaining your shoes, you also need to think about the insole. It absorbs sweat from the feet, as well as external moisture, so whenever we sweat or get wet in our shoes, we must remove the insoles and let them dry well. How to measure?
To measure the size of your foot, all you need is paper, pencil and a ruler. Simply place a sheet of paper under your foot and trace the shape of your foot on it. The distance from the heel to the tip of the longest toe is the length of your foot.
Measure both feet! Each foot is different, and although the difference may be very small, it matters.
Use the size chart to choose a pair of shoes about 0.5 cm larger than the length of your foot. You need to leave a little extra room in the shoe so that your toes have room to move and the shoes don't pinch.
You can use the same measurement and sizing procedure when choosing insoles.
If you are deciding between two sizes, we recommend you opt for the larger one.
