This orthopaedic pillow is a great aid for all sleep positions. You can put it between your knees or use it to support your arm, knee or ankle. The pillow not only relieves joint and muscle tension during sleep, but also provides stability and allows the body to fully relax.

This pillow is suitable for anyone dealing with knee, hip, lumbar spine or varicose vein problems. It is also very useful for pregnant mothers who need a good night's sleep, but a growing tummy doesn't allow them to find a comfortable position to rest.

The filling of the pillow is made of memory foam, which is a breathable and very malleable material that provides great support for your body. The outer cover of the pillow is made of a soft fiber blend and can be easily washed both by hand and in an automatic washing machine at 40 °C.

Actually, I don't know if I would recommend this pillow. I personally have a problem with the velcro that is supposed to attach to the leg. I fell asleep very well with it. I don't know why, but during the night I would wake up and the areas under the pillow would be "knee and thigh high" and I would sweat.

Vlastně nevím, zda bych tento polštář doporučila. Mně osobně u něj vadí suchý zip, kterým se má poutat k noze. Usínalo se mi s ním moc dobře. Nevím proč, ale během noci jsem se budila a v místech pod polštářem mi bylo vedro "na kolena i stehna" a potila jsem se.
