A silicone toe separator has several practical uses and positive effects. It separates the individual toes and stops them from rubbing while also helping prevent existing deformities getting worse, relieving pain.

If you suffer from bunions, caused by wearing tight shoes, have had an injury, or of you simply want to relax after a long day on your feet, a toe separator can help. The soft material used to make it gently separates the toes from each other, adjusts the position of the bones, stretches the muscles and forces the toes into their natural position. The extended end protects the joint of the big toe from bruising and chafing when wearing closed shoes.

The flexible silicone material adapts to each foot, one size fits all. You can wear it with or without shoes, indoors and outdoors, on bare foot only or under a sock. The material is washable, so after use, simply rinse in warm water and let dry in open air.
