The cute sheep design of this double-layer Merino wool blanket is sure to be appreciated not only by children but also by adults. This blanket made of Merino wool with a 100% cotton backing on one side will keep you nice and warm even in the coldest depths of winter. You will be pushed to find a similar material that would match Merino wool in terms of performance.

Merino wool is obtained by shearing young Australian sheep, at a time when their wool is extremely soft and of the highest possible quality. There is no need to worry about itchiness, Merino wool does not irritate human skin. What is more, this material is great at temperature control, keeping the body warm while wicking excess moisture away from the skin.

For a healthy sleep, we highly recommend using wool blankets, as they reduce tension, relieve pain and decrease positive ions that can have a negative effect on our body and cause fatigue or headaches. A double-layer blanket is suitable for all seasons. One advantage of wool is that it keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer.

How to care for the product

Blankets, duvets, pillows and other bedding made of sheep's wool should be shaken regularly and aired out in the fresh air. That way the material retains its fluffiness and softness, the wool wicks away excess moisture and mite breeding is reduced. Airing out also makes the natural smell of wool disappear faster.

If wool bedding needs to be cleaned with water, it is important to follow the symbols on the product label. If you are not sure whether machine washing is suitable, we recommend to wash everything by hand. If the instructions on the label allow, you can use the wool washing program on your washing machine.

Always remember to use a detergent suitable for wool, whether you are washing in the machine or by hand.

The blanket is amazing. It's beautifully soft, cuddly, doesn't bite, doesn't scratch. The warmth is complete than other bedding (feather, hollow fiber) and beautifully soothing. It's lovely to sleep under and not sweat at the same time (I don't have to change my pyjamas and sheets x times a night). Plus if someone can't sleep, they can count the sheep on the cotton side :) Great investment, I won't sleep under anything else.

Deka je úžasná. Je krásně měkoučká, heboučká, nekouše, neškrábe. Teplo je úplné, než u jiných lůžkovin (peří, duté vlákno) a krásně uklidňující. Krásně se pod ní spí a současně se člověk nepotí (nemusím x krát za noc měnit pyžamo a povlečení). Plus když někdo nemůže usnout, může počítat ovečky na bavlněné straně :) Skvělá investice, už nebudu spát pod ničím jiným.
