Vilma sandals are made of high quality materials with an emphasis on quality workmanship and healthy orthopaedic effects. Inside the shoe, the insole is raised to support the longitudinal arch, and the heart in the middle of the shoe supports the transverse arch of the foot. The ankle and heel straps feature rubber bands making it easy to put sandals on and enhancing wearing comfort.

How to measure?
To measure the size of your foot, all you need is paper, pencil and a ruler. Simply place a sheet of paper under your foot and trace the shape of your foot on it. The distance from the heel to the tip of the longest toe is the length of your foot.
Measure both feet! Each foot is different, and although the difference may be very small, it matters.
Use the size chart to choose a pair of shoes about 0.5 cm larger than the length of your foot. You need to leave a little extra room in the shoe so that your toes have room to move and the shoes don't pinch.
You can use the same measurement and sizing procedure when choosing insoles.
If you are deciding between two sizes, we recommend you opt for the larger one.
