How much will I pay for shipping?

The shipping cost is determined by the method of delivery and payment. All shipping costs can be found in Shipping and Payment.

How do I order goods from Woolville?

Simply. Choose the product you like from the categories. Compare your normal size with the sizes in the size tables. Choose size or colour and put the product into the shopping cart. All you have to do is select the payment and shipping method, fill in the address and send the order. If you are still not successful, call us at +420 774 774 217 and we will create an order together by phone.

What should I do if I want to return the goods?

We've extended the legal return period from 14 days to 30 for you. So you have enough time to return unused items. Detailed instructions can be found on the Exchange and Returns page.

I need to replace the purchased product, what should I do?

Exchanges are possible up to 30 days after the original purchase. Just fill out the online form with this link and follow the information that appears on the website after submitting the form. You will also receive the same return instructions via email.

How do I file a complaint for faulty goods?

Complaints go smoothly with us. Just take a picture of the defective product and send us an email to info@woolville.com. Include the order number from which the product originated and a brief description of the defect in the email. We will use this information to evaluate how to resolve the complaint and let you know how to proceed.

When do the goods arrive?

The sooner you order, the sooner we deliver the Woolville products. If you buy from Woolville on weekdays in the morning using DHL, we give the package to the courier on the same day and then it depends only on the speed of the courier who can usually handle it within one working day. If you choose GLS courier service then the delivery time is about 5 working days.

We send all information about changes in order status by e-mail. So keep an eye on your inbox or check your spam and bulk mail folder, where information emails sometimes end up.

How do I choose the right size?

Size charts are available for footwear and sheep wool clothing. Always check the size charts before ordering and compare the dimensions with your actual dimensions.
