Product description

The nasal rinse neti pot is an invaluable aid for colds and flus, where it helps speed up recovery, but also for chronic conditions such as allergies. You can also use the neti pot to prevent respiratory diseases.

Fill the neti pot with a saline solution suitable for nasal rinsing, then screw the spout with one of the two sizes of nozzles onto the bottle. The nozzle with the smaller orifice has less force and is also suitable for children.

Gently insert the nozzle into your nostril. You can regulate the water flow by holding or releasing the valve in the bottom of the bottle. Rinse your nose with the neti pot while bending slightly forward with your head tilted to the side, breathing through the mouth, and letting all the water flow freely out of the nose. Remove excess fluid from the nose by gently blowing the nose after.

After use the neti pot, always rinse with water and allow to dry.
