Have you found one of your purchases doesn’t fit? No problem. You can simply return it.

Follow these four easy steps to return your purchase

  1. Log in to your account. Not registered? No problem, you can load your order using the order number.
  2. Select the products you want to return.
  3. Check everything, fill in your details and the account number to which you wish your money be refunded.
  4. Forward the package to us. In case of returns, the shipping costs must be covered by you.

Can I try the item on at home?

Yes, of course. When trying on shoes, you must wear socks and try the shoes on in a dry and clean environment to avoid soiling any part of the item. Regarding socks or underwear, you must try them on whilst wearing your own socks or underwear underneath.

How and where can I return the goods?

Members of Woolville flock have 30 days to return goods, the regular return period is 14 days from the delivery of your package.
Simply fill in the online returns form. Once you have done that, you will receive an email with all the information you need to return the goods. Please return the goods unused and in original packaging. Thank you!

What condition must the returned item be in?

Only return unused, unworn items with all the original tags and labels. If possible, also return the undamaged original packaging. If the item consists of more than one part, you must return all parts.

How do I get my money back?

Money for returned items will be refunded to the account number provided in the form. If a returned item shows any sign of use and/or is soiled, the loss in value will be deducted from the amount you purchased the item for.

How long will it take for my money to be refunded?

Once we receive your package, we will check to make sure the returned items are undamaged and if everything is ok, we will refund your money as soon as possible, though no later than 14 days from the delivery of the package.

Is it possible to exchange the returned product for another one from the online shop?

After you have filled in the form, we will send you a code for free shipping. This way, you can immediately place a new order for the correct size or type of product. Simply return the original item to us and we’ll refund the money to your account.
