Product description

Everyone wants only the best for their children, and when it comes to healthy sleeping, we have some lovely woollen quilts for them here at Woolville. Thanks to its great properties, wool is useful all year round, not only in winter. It’s great at temperature control, so not only does it warm us up in winter, keeping us warm all night, but in summer, it removes excess heat, cooling us down during the hot summer nights. All this is exactly what children need to look forward to going to bed every night, and to wake up well rested and ready to start a new day.

Sheep’s wool is a natural, hypoallergenic material which doesn’t harbour dust, meaning bacteria and dust mites don’t thrive. We recommend airing wool bedding regularly in fresh air.

The cover is made of pure, soft cotton, and the filling is made of wool that has been cleaned, odour neutralised and combed to the highest possible softness.

How to care for the product

MAINTENANCE

Blankets, duvets, pillows and other bedding made of sheep's wool should be shaken regularly and aired out in the fresh air. That way the material retains its fluffiness and softness, the wool wicks away excess moisture and mite breeding is reduced. Airing out also makes the natural smell of wool disappear faster.

If wool bedding needs to be cleaned with water, it is important to follow the symbols on the product label. If you are not sure whether machine washing is suitable, we recommend to wash everything by hand. If the instructions on the label allow, you can use the wool washing program on your washing machine.

Always remember to use a detergent suitable for wool, whether you are washing in the machine or by hand.
