The mat's surface is covered with the finest sheep wool and is 1.5 cm thick, making it very comfortable to exercise on. Sheep wool maintains a constant temperature, so it protects you from cold floors and at the same time you will not unnecessarily overheat on it. The mat is soft and malleable, so you can easily roll it back up after use.
