The thermoform not only heats painful areas, but also warms you up on chilly evenings. At the bottom of the cover is a pocket for inserting the thermophore. It is only a cover, the hot water bottle is not included.

Instructions for use: Fill the thermophore with water at a temperature of up to 70 °C, close it and check that the cap seals properly. Do not fill to the brim, but only to about 2/3. Do not overload the thermophore, so do not sit, step or lie down on it. After cooling, pour the water out of the thermophore and let it dry.
