The amazingly warm Greek style blanket made of Merino wool will keep you lovely and warm, whether you are just having a snooze or enjoying an evening with friends outside. The two-layer blanket is really toasty, as 1 kg of premium quality Merino wool is used per 1 m2 of blanket, making it beautifully soft on the skin. Wool is an amazing natural material, one of its best properties is the superb ability to control temperature, so you will always feel comfortable under this blanket. As mentioned before, it keeps you really warm, though when you feel hot, it also cools you down. The blanket is easy to care for, regular airing is sufficient. The individual fibres contract and expand in fresh air, self-cleaning in the process.

In addition, wool absorbs excess moisture, so if you tend to sweat a lot, a wool blanket will definitely keep you comfortable, as the moisture is wicked away from the skin to the surface where it evaporates. Another thing is that wool is hypoallergenic and antibacterial, which means that bacteria and dust mites do not thrive. So if you suffer from allergies, there is no better material for you than sheep’s wool. Snuggle up into our favourite piece of woolly softness and enjoy its great properties which no other synthetic fibre can surpass.

How to care for the product

MAINTENANCE

Blankets, duvets, pillows and other bedding made of sheep's wool should be shaken regularly and aired out in the fresh air. That way the material retains its fluffiness and softness, the wool wicks away excess moisture and mite breeding is reduced. Airing out also makes the natural smell of wool disappear faster.

If wool bedding needs to be cleaned with water, it is important to follow the symbols on the product label. If you are not sure whether machine washing is suitable, we recommend to wash everything by hand. If the instructions on the label allow, you can use the wool washing program on your washing machine.

Always remember to use a detergent suitable for wool, whether you are washing in the machine or by hand.
